I enjoyed the event so much last year I've entered again! 

Venue easy to find, no problems with parking.  Registering took seconds, nice warm clubhouse to hide before the start (and we needed it on the day).

Course was made even harder with the effects of the snow the week before - icy and muddy, and it started to rain just before our 11am start!  I felt sorry for the poor marshalls - but they were all very cheery and encouraging, so a huge thanks to them.

Love the mid way water/hot choc/mulled wine station, and fellow runners encouragements along the way.  Also loved the very relaxed atmosphere.  The mince pie and mulled wine were very welcomed at the end.

I love this event, but don't want to advertise it too much in case it gets full quickly and I can't get in next year... oh and be prepared to go crazy and wear fancy dress, you will look out of place if you don't.
