Love an IGUN run.
Always great value, fantastic atmosphere and well marshalled
I turned up on a gloriously sunny evening in Wortley.
Easy registration with the friendly team. Quick, clear race brief and we were off.
The course was along a flat, disused railway line, so mainly fast. For the 10 miler there were 3 drinks stations and loads of marshals offering encouragement.
After a 'there and bsck' on the lines the organisers threw in a mile of steepish hill for the finish just to grim up the race!
Cake, medal and a goody bag and I left a happy man.
Really good fun, as ever.
