Lovely litttle runners village with Iwan Thomas mingling and chatting with everyone
Clearly marked pens at the start.
Fantastic route that took in the town, a park, the seafront and the famous Barry Island funfair.
Loads of support from the locals, including some great bands along the route
To top it all off, a PB in some serious hot conditions and... #IBeatIwan
