With a pool swim this sprint will be a great race for first timers, out onto the bike and it was a rolling course (legs definitly knew about the hills) round some scenic but slightly rough country roads, the run course is defintly cross country with a couple of testing hills. Overall I would say its a great race but not 1 for Pb's or flat out racing!
