There can't be a better place to start a race can there? The Minack theatre with the ocean in the background. The Theatrical start. Once the race starts there aren't really any views as it is a headtorch race in the dark, but you can hear the waves crashing below you. If you have never done a headtorch race before then this would be a good one to start with. Mudcrew are brilliant. My spectator was a bit disappointed that the Minack theatre cafe closed as soon as the race started. i would have thought that the spectators and returning runners would have spent enough money in there for them to keep it open and make money?
Hi Andy, thank you for your review. The kiosk was open but the Minack operates a minimum staff once the main attraction closes but it’s something we can discuss with them for next time, even if they left the seating area open. Leave it with me! - MudCrew events
