Start and finish at the University. Great fast start, mostly flat and great for a PB. Nice start through the city, past the Cathedral, and out into the countryside. Not great for crowd support if that's what you like, as lot of the route is out in the sticks. Take your own jelly babies/gels/energy drinks if thats what you like as you won't get it out on the course. 2 water stops with bottled water. Nice medal, with free engraving available at the end. Decent T-shirt too. Usual goodie bag. A Run for All/Run Yorkshire event so it's well organised and what you would expect from a RFA event. However it is expensive, at £37, to enter.
