Starts at uni (I finishes there too) into city past York minster then off out in to the stick ,then make your way back One of the few marathons I’ve returned to and it didn’t let down again , dreadfully weather didn’t deter local support and the crowds at Stamford Bridge are amazing ... which is needed as be warmed there is a looooong out and back from this point . Cheeky little uphill just before the finish but other that a couple of undulations its a fast flat course .. nice medal and tee pint erdinger at the end ... what more could you ask !!
