Mad Hatter Events are always friendly, inclusive and very well run. Every swimmer is important to the team and each is greeted individually at the finish. The briefing was clear and concise and the course easy to see and easy to follow in the water. I appreciated the fact that the team had checked the course again by swimming it earlier in the day and pointing out the best objects to sight on, if we lost sight of the buoys. I was always within reach of a kayak, even when swimming on my own, and always felt safe. Being greeted at the finish by having your name announced with a big smile and a high five makes you feel that you all matter, not just the people who finish at the front. I love these guys. Long may Mad Hatters continue. They really know what they're doing. Big thanks! :-)
