Swimming leg was positioning in a very famous beach in Rhodes city, "elli beach" despite the strong winds the sea was pretty calm and the lifeguards were in every buoy and also with kayaks and jetski. It was an Australian exit swim,in clear and warm sea, the roads were absolutely closed for bike route 4x10klm next to the sea ( pretty hard in some areas because of the winds but still fast)police ,army and volunteers were every few meters all along the routes for bike and running running was 3x3330m inside the old city of Rhodes and next to the castle... just amazing! Few details can be corrected for next race and for sure I will be back! one of the best triathlon races in Greece!
