I have taken part in the Classic several times now, why do I keep coming back? Well if you love open water swimming, or even if you are looking for your first event, the Classic is hard to beat. The organisation, the surroundings and the atmosphere as you walk up to the start at 4am is totally unforgettable. This has to be on the bucket list!
