First time visit in 2017 and definitely will return. The swim is a nice quick pool, the bike leg is a ride of two halfs the first half harder than the rear . Only thing which would improve for non locals is a warming sign for 400m to the end as its a few quick turns to finish, to getting feet out of shoes is hard ready for dismount
Run route, wow it was cross country and challanging with 2 long climbs but a fair test to all
