So this was my first time doing this race and was only my 4th ever 10k. The weather happened to be great with it being bright yet cool enough to make the conditions perfect for running. There was plenty of off road parking nearby and the start point was in the park area giving lots of space to warm up in. Marshall were giving regular announcements out over a loud speaker and there was a general good vibe. The course itself is quite flat so ideal for PBs which incidentally I happened to get! Lots of locals were on the route giving encouragmentioned which always helps. A nice medal to finish with plus bananas. Overall well worth doing and I'm sure I'll don't again next year.
