Tough - it's me, not you though ! Lovely course, and super organisation

"Just" ran the 44km, which was tough enough for me.

Great course, and as always from AAT, great organisation.

Feed stations were frequent, well run and super friendly !

Absolute belter ! They even laid on snow for the second half !

I did the summer one last year, but first time on the Winter.

This is an absolute must do race for me, brilliant venue and facilities, superb organisation and what a toughie !  That Sting in the Tail is, well...enough said.

This year, it started snowing about half way round, and continued until the end, leaving 2-3 inches on the ground even at the start altitude.

Finishing up and being given a thermal mug for hot soup is outstanding - I love my bling, but this was the best ever !  Awesome idea.

There are also shower facilities at the centre, so perfect to warm and clean up afterwards before heading off to wherever you go.

Really enjoyed it - nice course, very well organised

First time in this one, and really enjoyed it - somewhat local, which helps.

Logistics were good and easy, parking very straightforward and simple run village at the start - loved the Epsom Rock Choir before the warm up !

Great course, well marshalled.

Excellent course - mix of road and towpath - great last section past Hampton Court !

First time on this one, and I loved it - super organisation at the start on the green, and then a mix of road and towpath.

I particularly loved the towpath second half, especially running along the river right past Hampton Court itself - sun came out for me at that stage, so it was really beautiful.

Great course - mix of towpath (excellent) and road (good)

Love this run - have done the autumn one before.

It's very well organised, feels very friendly and informal (but don't confuse that for loosely organised because it's very professional indeed).

Personally I love the towpath part of the course more than the road sections, which I find a bit uninspiring, but that's personal view.  The mix makes it a bit of a toss up between road and trail shows - I opted for trail this time and think it was a good choice because it was rather wet and muddy underfoot along the river.

Excellent race - super well, organised, friendly, fast and great support

This is my local, so I am somewhat bound to love it, but it does excel year after year.  It is a great course, flat (ish, with one or two monster bumps along the way, 2-3 m in some places).

Extremely slick organisation, very professional, well marshalled and fabulous local support - loads of people with jelly baby stations out on the course, which is brilliant !

Outstanding !

Excellent as always, very muddy this year but great fun - good crowd, excellent brownies !

This is always a great series, and this one didn't disappoint - very muddy, and "about 10km" = 11km by my watch :)  Good friendly event, great organisation, excellent course and bananas/brownies at the end.  What's not to love.

Excellent - awesome route (especially the route shape !)

Have done this many times before, and this one was by far the worst weather - cold and wet (pouring down for 90 minutes before the start), but eased off to almost nothing for the run itself (great organisation that).  Love the route, shame you couldn't see too much today, but it's still a good one - mix of road, and fire trail type path.  AAT organisation great as ever, super friendly and informal, but very well organised - love their events

Richmond Run Fest is excellent

Ran the Half on Sunday having doen the 10k on Saturday.

Wonderful starting point in Kew Gardens, finishing in the Old Deer Park.

Superb organisation

Excellent, stunning flat, fast coastal course

Superb organisation, super smooth.

Great course, well marshalled and well supported - runs along the seafront between Boscombe and Bournemouth, includes both piers.

Excellent - tough cross country, beautiful scenery & jelly babies

Beautiful setting of Loseley House to start and finish, tough hills but great cross country course, and all for charity.

Marshalling was excellent, and drinks stations had much needed jelly babies, always welcome.

Excellent Trail run

Very well organised, lovely run, tough trail, but definitely recommend.  I'll certainly do this one again.

Awesome home made cake selection at the end - must have been 20 different kinds of cake !!  Outstanding effort.

Nice hilly, woodland weekday evening run - great flapjacks !

Enjoyed this one, ran for the first time last year - again super organisation, small field so really friendly and informal.

Awesome medal at the end, and fab end of race flapjacks, brownies and bananas, oh and water !

The route is a really nice woodland run, with some tough sandy hills up to St Martha's church, out beyond to Newlands corner and then back.

All round, a knock out - literally - phew that was tough !

966m of ascent according to my Garmin, slowest ever half (2h37 vs PB of 1h36 !!!).  Lots of walking.

Great cameraderie on the course, outstanding marshalling and feed stations - soooo supportive !

The briefing was unique, nay eccentric, with the Race Director doing the briefing in what looked like Union Flag underpants (he assured that they were running shorts !), complete with a rendition of the National Anthem - I have never come across that before !  And then into the fray of those hills - so many, and so many steps (the Eiger steps is a give away).

Loved it, once home with a cold beer !  Will definitely do it again.

I love Bracknell for the local support - it's just exceptional

This is a very well organised race, great turnout and awesome local support all the way round.

It's not the most scenic of runs, a lot of which is beside main roads, but it's a good fast course (surprising because there's a long, big old hill right in the middle bit).

For me though the fact that local folks turn out in droves, and in good and bad weather, just makes this an excellent race.

Awesome trail run - small participant field, but what a course !

I loved this - great scenery from Cranleigh up on to the Greensand Way (boy, what a climb though).

Somewhere around 100 people doing this (half and full), but absolutely lovely atmosphere, great organisation (I signed up last Thursday, but no issues whatsoever).

Course was well marked, although (in my enthusiasm) i went off track slightly a couple of times - with a small field it's easy to lose the folks ahead (and anyway, they sometimes weren't any better).

Loved it, and it's definitely on my "do this again every year" list.

Love the place - Alice Holt Forestry Commission - got lovely weather too

As always, AAT are great at organising these events, and pick good venues.

The only downside to this one is the laps - I really don't like laps at the best of times, and here I found it really dull doing 4 x 5km laps - trouble is, you get to know very well what is coming.  Not sure whether there's an alternative to this because I understand that having a 5km, a 10km and a 21km on the same day makes this logistically a great way to do it.

"Home" Half, so love this - nice flat course, very well organised :)

I love this race - AAT do a fab job of organising, and this year there was an icreased amount of local support which is excellent - I just love it when families are out on their house fronts with jelly babies :)

Great conditions to run today (except from heavy rain in the first mile or so), and those tiny hills just keep you on your toes !

Fantastic run, great route, excellent support, well done Woking and well done AAT

Love G3s - first time I have done the 15km, but excellent as always

Not sure that AAT have done 15km before, but this is just brilliant - hilly, muddy, sandy, chalky, but fabulous !!  Wouldn't change anything - it has a really nice, small, familial atmosphere from the start to the finish.  Even spotted Toby half way round fixing up the km markers !

Excellent - love the pig-shaped course

This is the most awesome run in frosty, crisp, blue sky conditions - just like this morning - brilliant :)

Excellent - check out the map route on Strava etc :)

Done this race for 5+ years, and it never disappoints - if the weather is crisp and cold it is amazing, stunning views from the top of the Hogs Back.
