Great location with enough options to plan your route to your ability.. Hills to the north, relatively flat to the south. Well organised, good snacks available pre/ post race. very quick issuing of the online results/ race report (much improved and appreciated!) after the event. ...

Great event in beautiful countryside for trail running with an added challenge of having to plan your own route and navigate. Will be back for more of these events.

Really good race, beautiful area to explore and lots of well placed points to guide you through it. As someone who solely trail runs it adds a really interesting dimension having to plan your own route. It means at times your racing with others and then suddenly on your own (and questioning your navigation skills). It’s made me think about broadening where I run and much more confident in navigating. Would thoroughly recommend if you want a trail race that is as hard as you make it!
