So I had this booked for my daughter pre-covid and she was doing all of the Aquathon, since lockdown confidence in running has not been great so asked to swap to a team, the organisers went above and beyond to make sure we managed to do this which was very much appreciated as I still wanted her to enjoy the swim… we have not done many of these events and were very much beginners… the help was great when we arrived and a lovely lady took my son away and explained how it all would work and where he needed to be in transition… couldn’t have been any better for me… everyone very friendly and very helpful…. The marshalls were fantastic over the whole event! You should be very proud of the event you have put on !

I have special needs and sbrevents were very helpful in providing me access for my guide in the pool and cycle areas. I would definitely recommend them and I’ll be going again. It was also a whole lot of fun, loved it.

The swim, really good, with grass to transition. The bike section, again good if not a little too bumpy. At the wrath of other road users, who perhaps we're not aware what was going on.

The run section. We were earned at the briefing that it would not be pb territory. The twists and turns along with the divits certainly made you think hard. Quite a bit different to the usual 5km sprint to the finish.
