I always enjoy my IGUN races. We turned up to a tent full a cakes, a load of smiles from the organisers and glorious sunshine
Registration was quick and simple.
The race brief was clear and concise. the course was very simple out and back on the trains pennine trail.
The marshals are always great and the feed stations have snacks and a variety of drinks.
I suffered really badly as the temperatures hit 25* and had a horror of a run but the support I got all the way from the marshals and other runners was fantastic and saw me through.
I would always recommend these guys if you want a relaxed friendly run. How many races can you say you were chatting to a man with a tiger on his hat, juggling all the way round?
