A great autumn day out in Slowit. Another fantastic IGUN run. Supprisingly tough course along the narrow gauge canal. Loads of food and drinks at the stations, great support (and a glorious amount of abuse) from the marshals. I talk more to other runners on IGUN runs than any other event, I am really glad that the friendly ethos is spreading. Really enjoyed it...
